Lucy Dale

Lucy Dale is a writer and artist based in Oxford, UK. Her work focuses on the complexities of human relationships, the fluid boundaries between ‘self’ and ‘other’ and draws on an interest in psychoanalysis, surrealism and the history of religion. She is currently working on her first novel. Her art draws on the people and places she encounters and stems from a lifelong love of drawing.

She has a First Class BA in History from the University of Exeter, an Applied Diploma in Screenwriting (with graduation prizes for Best Short Film and Best Feature Screenplay) from Central Film School, London and an MSt with Distinction in Creative Writing from the University of Oxford.
